The Beginner’s Guide To Running is split into five easy-to-follow sections covering Getting Started, Training, Nutrition, Races and Plans. With 50 pages, this book will help you to train for your first 5K from scratch in just 12 weeks. Whether you want to run to lose weight, get fit or meet personal goals, then we provide you with everything that you need to know in bitesize segments.

Back issues and future issues are available for purchase within the App.

Version 2.2.1 Update for iOS 5.0

If you are updating your app from Version 1, please delete and then re-install version 2.2.1 to avoid potential crashes on start up. You won’t be charged again to download the app from iTunes. Just make sure you use the same iTunes account you used to purchase the app previously. Upon logging in with your PixelMags account, all owned issues will become available for downloaded. If you are running an iOS 3 device, please don't upgrade as this update does not support iOS3.

After updating, please login with your existing PixelMags account to access your library.
