MAYUTORO THE TOONS is a story of the tuna where the eyebrow grows. 

To run away in the painful past, a mystery man made it to the living in the sea. 
And, it meets MAYUTORO. 
They tell a foolish story every day. 
Companions who live in the sea also are similarly telling a foolish story. 
And, useless time passes. 

MAYUTORO THE TOONS is short animation a story of two minutes. 
An English subtitle is attached though the narration is Japanese.
