Takayuki Maekawa
Born on 24 February 1969, Tokyo, Japan. A member of JPS (Japan Photographers Association). After Gradated from Wako Senior High School in 1987, worked at the computer company as an engineer. When he was 26 years old, he started to study photography by himself, and then in 1997, began to work under the animal photographer, Kojo Tanaka. Maekawa started his career as a freelance wildlife photographer from 2000, produced photographs of wildlife in Japan, Canada, and Alaska.
