金沢大学附属病院の生活習慣病治療チームから始まったNPO、
Team DiETが送る健康情報誌「Team DiET Express ～バランス生活実践新聞」の第4号です。
生活習慣病になる前の方も実践できる、健康のためのヒントをお届けしています。
今回の特集は「盛り付けの科学」
栄養バランスをとりつつ、量を食べ過ぎないための方法として
