6 Types of Change Management
In a reality where change is a constant, the skill of change management is imperative for an organization to continue growing and thriving. Wise management of significant organizational changes requires three stages: understanding, planning and implementing. Based on these stages, "Change Types" lays out six "types" of organizations that deal with change management.
This application enables you to examine your organization from the aspects of management and the leading of complex changes. Answering a short questionnaire will enable you to diagnose your organization's "change type", get to know the other "types" and learn some principles for effective management of change processes.
