Avaya Flare® Communicator

Avaya Flare® Communicator delivers enterprise communication capabilities to your iPad. It extends the capabilities of your enterprise Avaya Aura® communications environment over a Wi-Fi or 3G cellular connection to your enterprise data environment and VoIP calling. In essence, your iPad will become an extension of your enterprise voice system, giving you access to communications features that will keep you connected while on the go.
*** Requires Avaya Aura® environment: Avaya Aura® Session Manager 6.X and Avaya Aura® Communication Manager 6.X ***

*** Only supported in Avaya environments where the client can access Avaya configuration services. Please request configuration parameters from your IT administrator. ****

*** Requires iOS 4.3 or greater and iPad2 ***

Features:
• Local and enterprise directory access
• Dial pad
• Standard telephone features including answer/make call, hang up, hold and retrieve from hold, mute/unmute
• Enhanced telephony features including:
o Multiple call appearances; up to two with exclusive Avaya Flare spotlight call selection
o Call History
o Drag and drop voice or email capability
o Enterprise instant messaging and Avaya Aura® Presence Services
o Modify presence status (do not disturb, location status, etc.)
