Avaya one-X® Mobile for iPhone Release 6.1 delivers Unified Communications to mobile workers to manage business calls, voice mail, calls logs and corporate directories. This application enhances productivity and reduces customer response time.

Avaya one-X Mobile transforms your iPhone into an office phone by extending the desk phone calls to mobile workers. But that’s just the beginning. Avaya Unified Communications applications such as visual voicemail, corporate directory and call logs, as well as sophisticated call handling and least cost routing options make users more productive and save businesses money. Included is the iPhone software, which integrates with the Avaya one-X Mobile enterprise application and delivers additional capabilities through the compatible server hardware.
Features:
-One Number - calls made to the desk phone will also ring your iPhone. Calls made with the iPhone through the application will display the desk phone caller ID. The user can easily enable or disable both of these features
-New/Refreshed User Interface and Look and Feel
-Support for Presence (Availability), Block Settings and Simul Ring up to 4 additional phones.
-Visual Voicemail - users can see the headings of each business voicemail listed visually, so they can prioritize various types of messages and get to the critical messages first. Stored locally, there is no dialing into the Voicemail system.
-Corporate Directory Integration* - easily reach any corporate contact through the search function.
-One Device - users decide whether to dial with one-X Mobile for business calls, or directly from the iPhone for personal calls, so they will not need multiple phones
-Contacts – Access to Enterprise Contacts with Presence information
-VIP Lists* - use VIP lists to manage how incoming calls are treated. Any calls not on the VIP Lists can be sent directly to voice mail to minimize interruptions
-International Savings – one-X Mobile uses the enterprise’s communications infrastructure to save money on international calls
