What's new

Added a "Stoplight" feature (new tab) to allow you to track the status of items in order to share with your employees. Show them the Green of what you accomplished, the Yellow of what you are still working on, and the Red of why they can't always get everything they want.

Also added a "Theme" generator under the Question tab to allow you to summarize individual survey answers. This makes it easier to identify big issues.
