As a veterinarian, you and your staff can achieve a new level of personal, caring communication with your clients. This software is developed using patented IdeaMap software pet owner. By using the iPhone’s easy user interface, you can ask your pet owner a few simple questions and know immediately to which Addressable Mind segment your client belongs. The patented algorithms direct you to the most positive conversations which appeal to that mind segment. The result is an interactive dialogue led by you that sets the stage for exceptional communication with your client.

The segments were developed by a December 2008 IdeaMap pet owner survey, taken in a Northeast United States suburban area, which uncovered the following three distinct Addressable Mind market segments:

- SEEKS TECHNICALLY COMPETENT PROFESSIONALS
- PLEASE TREAT MY PET JUST LIKE A PERSON

The iSegment mobile engine instantaneously identifies which segment the pet owner belongs at the end of answering 4 simple questions. Additionally, the AMMTE prompts you, the veterinarian or your staff, which specific discussion areas appeal to this specific client. The segments discovered are based on a widely used patented experimental design algorithm created by Ideamap.net’s founder and president. Response-based segmentation, along with discriminant function analysis, uncovers the specific client’s segment, and offers specific messages to deliver (or avoid) in communicating with that client.
