Meeting Time

With Meeting Time, you are able to conveniently find a suitable meeting time for different time zones.

So, we have a small but global team at Stepcase. Based in Hong Kong, some of our team members may have to communicate with colleagues and writers abroad in the US and occasionally work with others in Europe, China and Australia. Finding the right time to connect with these folks can be inefficient, especially when you are dealing with multiple parties spanning the globe. The time you spend calculating how many hours ahead of and/or behind your time zone, whether it's day time or bed time, it just won't work. This is why we created Meeting Time.

Are you are running a global team within a company? Or working with suppliers or individuals spanning different time zones or countries like us? Then Meeting Time is an app you can use to handle that task from your iPhone or iPod Touch. In addition to just finding out the time in other locations to correspond to your time zone, you can instantly schedule a meeting by composing and sending an email, with the proposed dates and times attached, within the app to initiate a dialog with your participants.
