Email improvements:

Notes and Annotations:
-New annotation toolbar
-New annotation features which include freehand, highlight, strikethrough, and underline
-Hide/Show annotations by the flip of a switch
-Separated Table of Contents and Note List menus
-Ability to move a notes around the page

Briefcase documents:
-Support for video (.m4v,. mp4,. mov) and web links from within the document briefcase
-Notes and annotations can now be added to briefcase documents

User Interface:
-Improvements to dialogs for Contacts, Briefcase, Votes, and Email inbox
-Setting is available to prevent session timeouts during scheduled meetings
-Asia Pacific platform now available
-Portrait orientation is now fully supported

-Remembers the last board that was selected upon login

Meeting books:
-Retains the latest two versions of a meeting book with associated notes/annotations for that version
-Downloading of any document is paused when application is made inactive and resumed when application is active again

Presentations:
-Added ability to present Exhibit books and Briefcase documents

Votes:
-Added ability to enlarge votes window
