With the NSBAR Stats mobile application you can look up Market Data for various regions in the state of IL and then share it with one or more individuals. Market Data includes Median home prices for the current month, previous month and previous year, as well as the change in price (expressed as a % and $) and change in sales. This application also features current loan information including market rates and links to information on FHA loan limits and guides.

This application is intended for use by the members of the North Shore Barrington Association of REALTORS(R) and requires a code to access it.
