is an iPad Apps for managing accommodations in hotels, boarding-houses, guesthouses and holiday-apartments.
With minimal effort, you just need an iPad and a printer, you have a system that should meet your requirements perfectly.
Even when no internet is available, your hotel software is ready for use. And this anywhere.

On a time scale the occupancy of all rooms will be displayed. The visible part of the allocation plan can be moved with the fingers of both horizontally and vertically across all managed rooms. There is a weekly summary of arrivals and departures, occupied rooms.
Make a reservation is very simple. Tap into the line of the desired room on the day of arrival. And then a second time in the same row on the column, which stands for the departure. A window opens with the booking information: booking number, arrival and departure days, marked in the guest list guest. To select a different guest, simply tap on the displayed name. The invoice overview shows the bookings according to the selection (occupancy, rooms, guest, Paid, all). For the selected booking an invoice will be generated and shown at the left. With each print of the invoice a PDF file with the printed content is created. You can view these PDF invoice and print it again later.
In the initial state, the program contains the possibility to manage five rooms. The reason for this is to provide an affordable software for small prices.
The room number can be increased via In App Purchase directly. The price for 20 managed rooms is 49,99 €.
