The application is intended to help Project/Resource Managers estimating software development cost based on the famous Constructive Cost Model II (COCOMO II) technique.
Current implementation consists of two methods to determine project size - program volume and function points - and allows to estimate development optimal time and average staffing schedule.

The main features are:
1. Ability to save an estimation model
2. Ability to compare up to 4 estimations graphically
