The Cisco Technical Knowledge (TKL) is offered as a subscription service to Cisco Customers. The TKL Viewer App enables the registered TKL users to store, and view the ARALOC DRM-encrypted TKL Content from known (registered) devices after content activation by the DRM Server . The TKL Viewer App provides the functionality to view the downloaded content (and stored locally on the device) and also access it in an offline mode from a user’s iOS Device registered (provisioned) on the ARALOC DRM Server. This device registration/provisioning is done the first time the user access a TKL Content from a mobile device. This extends the access to TKL from anywhere and virtually anytime.
