webBooks - Create Transactions, WRITE back to QuickBooks
View/Add/Edit customers, Create transactions (Estimates, Sales Orders, Invoices, Sales Receipts) with Sales Tax, A/R with amount due and aging, Accept payments (cash, check, Credit Cards), View Inventory, Create Expense Reports, Email pdfs, Write back to QuickBooks desktop over the air. Confidential section shows Accounts, Check Register, Vendors, Bills, Reports and Alerts. Unlimited additional users. Monthly subscription: $9.99 for first user, $4.99 for additional users.
webBooks enables the following functions on your iPhone/iPod with LIVE inventory updates from QuickBooks.
-Customers: Search, Add or Edit customers, drill down to Customer details: address, phone, transactions
-Items: Service, Non-Inventory, Inventory and Assembly. Create transactions from Items! Quantity updated from QuickBooks.
-Estimates: Create estimates, email pdf
-Sales Order: Create or Convert from estimate, email pdf
-Invoice: Create or Convert from Estimate or Sales Order, email pdf
-Sales Receipts: Create or Convert from Estimate or Sales Order, accept payment, email pdf
-Accounts Receivable shows amount still due, days past due.
-Receive Payments by cash, check or credit card
-Credit cards: accept credit card payment. Requires QuickBooks Merchant Services subscription ($19.95 per month charged by Intuit; $9.95/mo if you are an existing QBMS merchant).
-Expenses: Create expense reports.
Note: The above functions WRITE BACK to QuickBooks over the air whenever QuickBooks is opened next in your desktop, and fetch the updated data from QuickBooks to update Reports and transactions.

Getting Started:
When you download webBooks to your iPhone/iPod, demo data will download enabling you to create transactions and experience the navigation. You will also receive an email with instructions on how to download and install OpServer to your desktop. OpServer will connect with QuickBooks and update QuickBooks whenever QuickBooks is available. Inventory is updated to your device.
Subscription: $9.99/month. When you install OpServer you will be required to enter your credit card and pay for three month in advance.
Compatibility: Works ONLY with PC Editions of QuickBooks Pro/Premier/Enterprise 2007 or higher. Does NOT work with Mac, Canadian or UK editions. Does NOT work with QuickBooks Online Edition, either.
