Workflow Manager Mobile - Incident and Remediation Management

Workflow Manager is a powerful communication tool that enables information sharing and allows event-related activities to be monitored. Flexible enough to enable both the recording of Events of the Informative type, the Workflow Manager provides or discloses information to communities of users interested in that type of occurrence.

Typical examples of Events with demands are requests for technical support (help-desk), customers' suggestions, reports of bugs found on software applications, solicitations for business appointments, or any other type of Event whose goal is to request someone for something to be done by assigning tasks that must be performed so that a specific objective can be achieved. The system helps manage the workflow associated with an Event, as in many cases Events represent a set of activities for which some planning must be done and which must be performed in a given sequence. By doing so, the system assists in optimizing the allocation of resources and in reducing operational costs relative to the carrying out of assignments.

There is no spatial or temporal restriction regarding the Events that can be monitored with Workflow Manager. Events related to any geographical location can be entered and, in case the "Map Viewing" functionality is enabled, Workflow Manager will provide a visual indication of the site based on the given geo coordinates.

Anyway, be as it may their main purpose (informative or for creating a demand) or their source (entered by a User or imported from Modulo Risk Manager), all Events have the same properties and are treated consistently by Workflow Manager. In any case, once entered, Events can be easily monitored by the authorized system Users.

Workflow Manager Mobile for iPhone allows performing monitoring remote events without the need to have a direct connection with the database. The application allows the creation of new events, monitoring and editing existing events and attaches evidence such as audio, photo and GPS location for each event.
