3D Planets

INTRODUCTORY LOW PRICE until additional features are added.

3D Planets is a real-time 3D view of the planets within our Solar System.

It uses a very intuitive interface to allow you to easily select, rotate around and zoom into the different planets.

Simply click on a planet to bring it into full view. Sweep your finger to rotate around the planet, and pinch to zoom in and out.

We will be releasing updates of this app based on user feedback, adding features asked for.

v1.1 has just been released, with the following new features that we promised.

- More optimised rendering ( a LOT faster on older iPhones especially )
- Show and rotate around the cutaway core of each planet
- Correct pinch / zoom gesture
- Updated icon and loading screen.

For v1.2, we're in the process of adding in the planet information - maybe on 2 levels, one which is overview information ( distance from sun, radius etc ), and one which includes more detailed information ( verbose text descriptions, perhaps from Wikipedia )

Our aim is to have the best interactive solar system app available, based on community feedback and our own on-going in-house development. A future v1.2+ will include as many of these changes as possible.

- A lot of optimisations ( level of detail etc ) to ensure that 3D Planets runs smoothly, even on older iPhone models.
- View within each planet, right through to the core.
- New icon and loading screen.
