GCSE Maths Revision is a fantastic way to revise essential mathematics topics anywhere! It is the only GCSE Maths app that contains quality audio sessions by a real UK Maths teacher, along with clear worksheets for you to follow along.

This app provides a relaxed, stress-free way to kickstart your revision schedule.

This app is aimed at the UK GCSE student - although any English-speaking student aged 14-16 will benefit from revising these core areas. The app is also useful to us adults refreshing our Math skills.

The revision sessions cover the following topics:

* Pythagoras - we use Pythagoras' Theorem to find missing sides in right angled triangles, separating what to do to find the longest sides and what to do to find one of the shorter sides. There is also a question involving a rectangle.

*Trigonometry - we look at how to apply the three rules to find a side or angle of a right angled triangle. An example with an isosceles triangle is also included along with a strategy to approach trigonometry questions.

*Indices - covers all the rules of indices (or powers) and how these can be used to evaluate answers or simplify expressions.

*Equations - covers how to solve equations by using the balance method and inverse operations, looks at equations involving brackets and equations with the unknown on both sides of the equals sign.

*Angles - covers 5 basic angles facts and the looks at angles in parallel lines. It also looks at the interior and exterior angles in polygons and applies these ideas to regular polygons.

*Stratified Sampling - covers what a stratified sample is and how to find the number of pieces of data required for a particular stratified sample.

All revision sessions include a worksheet allowing you to work along with the audio.
