GuessCheck Factoring

GuessCheck Factoring is a powerful learning aid that combines interactive Coaching Calculators and a Guide to help students master factoring of quadratic trinomials and solving of quadratic equations using the Guess-and-Check or Trial-and-Error Method.

The app guides the student through the factoring of harder quadratic trinomials such as 5x² - 3x - 14 and easier ones such as x² - 14x + 45 by the Guess-and-Check method.

The Coaching Calculator focuses on quadratic trinomials with integer coefficients up to 149.

Students develop their skills quickly as they work with the calculator and see each step of a process in detail.
