iQamos TTS is a bilingual dictionary (Arabic <-> English) for iPhone with text-to-speech capability. The app has a huge vocabulary with advanced features, such as smart search for Arabic terms. It automatically and accurately pronounces Arabic and English words and sentences in clear native sounds.

iQamos immediately lists all Arabic and English words that match your searching term as you type it in. It does translation offline, which means faster search and lower bills!
The “Smart Arabic Search” feature facilitates searching for Arabic words. You no longer need to pay attention to ال or to the differences between آ ا أ or إ Arabic letters.
In addition, you can immediately navigate between Arabic and English meanings with this new version. Just highlight any word and tap on Translate and you will get the meanings of that word in the corresponding language.
