The ideal tool for students working towards IELTS, TOEFL® or TOEIC® qualifications. This app focuses on the 7,500 words that make up 90% of everything that people say and write in English. These are the words that students really need to know.
The 7,500 words are divided into three bands: three-star words are the most common words of English; two-star words are the next most common, and the one-star words make up the rest of the 7,500 key words.
Macmillan American English Key Words is based on detailed research into how English is really used today. Definitions are written in clear, simple English, with thousands of real examples taking users directly to the heart of the meaning.
