How easy is it really to design lessons in different parts of the school curriculum that allow learners to develop and evaluate their personal learning and thinking skills (PLTS)?

This app allows you to generate random combinations of the PLTS (taken from the English National Curriculum) and places in the school curriculum. Simply load the app, shake your phone and watch the cards spin to generate a challenge for your lesson design skills.

You might use it on a training day to ask groups of teachers to come up with ideas, you might use it with a group of students as a stimulus to get them reviewing how they use their skills during their time at school (and outside) or you might just want to check out your own lesson design skills on a long train journey.

This app was produced for the Specialist Schools and Academies Trust, inspired by the Random Activity Generator as used by John Davitt.
