ST80Docs
This is an electronic book that shows the source code for an open source Smalltalk-80 system called Pharo. Pharo is based on another open source Smalltalk-80 system called Squeak, which inherits from one of Xerox Parc's original Smalltalk licenses.
The book allows you to examine the source code of a Smalltalk system by letting you view class definitions, categories, comments and the source code for every method in a Pharo image created in late April 2009. Users of Squeak might want to buy our SqueakDocs book instead, or perhaps both books.
Not only can you view the book on the device, you can share source code views to other device's internet browsers on the local WiFi network if you wish.
Sales of this application help fund further development and also support the macintosh Squeak VM.
What's new
The code source was updated to Pharo1.0beta-10401web09.07.5 which comes from early Aug 09, and replaces the alpha version of Pharo dated early April 09 which was in the 1.0.0 product.
The html generator is now 30% faster so the application is more responsive.
