Survival Mandarin is an easy to use language companion for traveling to Mandarin/Putonghua speaking region. It is also a quick Mandarin/Putonghua learning program when you just need simple words and phrases for casual communication.
Content and Functions
This program contains 8 essential categories of basic words and expressions. Each word or expression are showed with dialog in detail view. All words, expressions, and dialogs are ready with English and Simplified Chinese descriptions, phonic symbols and, human voice recordings to support your learning.
This program also provides the search function in case you want to jump to the specific words or phrases. All English and Simplified Chinese descriptions, phonic symbols and, human voice recordings are also available for each search result.
Phonic Symbols
Survival Mandarin is using standard Putonghua phonic symbols. For details of phonic symbols used in this program, please refer to public reference of "Standard Putonghua Pinyin" .
