The voyages of Professor Pelican
Join the inquisitive Professor Pelican on his journeys around the world. Whether it is a farmyard, old temple ruins in the jungle or a valley in the African savannah, Professor Pelican enjoys every new place, finds interesting animals everywhere and loves to listen to the animal sounds ... by day and even by night.
This app combines features of a picture book with animal sounds. Kids can select animals with their fingers and listen to the sounds they make. A very special feature is the day/night option. If this function is activated, when evening comes, the app changes to night mode and shows all the scenes at night, where all the animals are sleeping and snoring. So your kids know ... it's time to go to bed now ;-)
The first picture, the farmyard, is free. Additional pictures (such as the jungle or the savannah) can be purchased using this app. To buy additional pictures, please use the shopping basket symbol to go to the shop.
This app has been designed, developed and optimised for the iPad 1 and the iPad 2. It also runs on iPhone and iPod devices, however, due to the much smaller screen size it is more difficult for kids to use.
This app is suitable for children of 24 months and above.
