US History 2 Study Guide (1865-2009)

This iPhone / iPod Touch app is a study guide for US History 2, a college course most students have to take to complete their degree program. You will find the "headline" style easy to read and remember. This application is focused on the period of United States history from 1865 to 2009. Their are four tabs: The first tab is a table of events, listing a year or period. You select the year by tapping and a new window appears. On the new window will display the fact(s) for that year or period. On tabs two through four are maps. The first map shows the former confederate states during Reconstruction displaying the military districts. The second map displays the 1960 presidential election showing which states electoral votes were awarded to a particular candidate. Finally the third map shows all of the United States with the appropriate abbreviation representing each state.
