"Original German Advent calendar"
The Advent calendar makes the pre-Christmas period even more exciting for children: each day a window can be opened behind which a small surprise is hidden. The Advent calendar has its origin in the 19th century and was probably used as counting aid: How long 'til Christmas?
Phosphon, a multimedia agency based in Germany, now converted the Advent calendar for the iPhone and the iPod Touch. As a surprise you will discover high-resolution photographs. They were solely taken for this calendar and show ancient German toys. Additional information as to origin and background of each toy presented is given in English. Phosphon wishes you a peaceful and reflective Christmas time!
