This 1947 classic film starring John Wayne, which was also the first one he produced as well as starring in. Wanye's character Quint Evans is a notorious shooter and womaniser, who ends up collapsing at the home of a family of Quaker's. Evans attracts the attention of the families sheltered daughter, and tries to settle down to her pacifist ways, but his old past keeps haunting him.
Director - James Edward Grant July 2, 1905 - February 19, 1966) - James was a known story writer who contributed to many films including - Sands of Iwo Jima, Flying Leathernecks, and Boom Town.
