BrainFreqz - Energize

BrainFreqz entrainment programs utilize various audio techniques including "isochronic tones" and "binaural beats" to entrain brain waves to desired frequencies. Entrainment is the process by which a person's brain waves tend to approach and mimic the same frequency as a dominant stimulus.

This Energize program is designed to stimulate a quiet mind from restful frequencies to focused and alert frequencies in the beta range, approximately 17 hertz. This leaves the user feeling awake and alert, a perfect start to the day or to re-energize after an exhausting day at work.
