iPunked
iPunked is a fun prank app that you get to scare the living bejeepers out of your friends and colleagues. It masquerades as a 'hypnosis induction app' and displays as 'Hypnosis' on your device.
The app instructs unsuspecting users to relax and focus on a twirling psychedelic animation to begin the process of inducing a deep hypnotic state. After a short period of time in trance mode a picture of a scary zombie will appear and play a high pitched shrill.
These instructions are displayed in the app:
Sit down in a comfy chair with peaceful surroundings.
Take long deep breathes.
Relax your body beginning from your head to your toes.
Turn up your volume to hear ambient sound effects.
When you feel relaxed tap anywhere on the screen to begin your journey.
Maintain a close (few inches) but comfortable distance from the screen.
Always keep focus on the center of the screen.
Maintain deep breaths and continue to relax.
iPunked will not:
do your homework
walk your dog
solve crossword puzzles
cure cancer
shoot bad guys
stop a space invasion
