Have cold feet about asking for that raise you are so sure you deserve? What if you could make light of the situation with a Raise app. Go ahead, break the ICE by approaching your boss with this great app in hand. Laugh about it, and maybe it'll get the conversation pointing in that direction.

Though you may see a few low percentages rolling by during the apps start up, when it comes time for you or your boss to press the button it will only ever return a low value of 15% and a high value of 20% . Shhhh, NOBODY NEEDS TO KNOW THAT!
