Buzz does sense both up/down and left/right but I guess most pilots hold their aircraft upright, so gravity pulls Buzz down to the bottom. So try to fly Buzz tonight on bed or fly it on flat surface, Have FUN! We love to Multi-touch zoom it big too, it looks quite hilarious.
