Media Center Remote Lite

This is the ad-supported, free version of Media Center Remote.

NOTE: please read the instructions; there is a free server-component you must install on your PC before using!

Media Center Remote Lite is a powerful WIFI remote control application designed for Windows 7's Media Center. Use Media Center Remote (MCR) to control audio and video playback from anywhere within your WIFI network range.

Features include:
-simple navigation controls
-playback, volume, and channel controls
-jump menu for quick navigation
-interface designed specifically for Windows 7's Media Center

Before downloading, please install Media Center Server (free):
1) Browse to http://richardpenner.net on your PC
2) Download and install Media Center Server, then start Media Center.

When you launch Media Center Remote Lite, enter the IP address of your PC. Note: your PC and iPhone/iPod Touch must be on the same wireless network in order to connect.
