The Neptune Festival App keeps you connected to everything happening at the
festival throughout the year and during the big weekend. You can view
schedules, find times and places for entertainment, and even get directions.
There are also several communication channels built in. So, either contact
us directly, or find us on our Facebook page. This can all be done on the
move, seamlessly from the comfort of your mobile device.

The Neptune Festival began as a means of enhancing the quality of life in
Virginia Beach, while serving as a positive economic engine for the City as
well as an attraction for residents and visitors alike. Since its incep-
tion in 1974, it has grown from modest beginnings to one of the largest and
most successful special events on the East Coast.

In fulfilling its promise of community enrichment, the Neptune Festival has
established and maintained a program of cooperation with over 60 local
charities - sharing over $100,000 with partnering organizations each year.

Our goal is to engender a spirit of community pride, fellowship and
cohesiveness for the diverse elements of the Virginia Beach citizenry. To
that end, the Festival produces over 40 events during the year - from free
concerts and seaside wine tastings to exciting athletic events and a
32-block long celebration on the boardwalk!
