Litchzen is pleased to announce its first effect for Magicians, Pick any Card. No other effect is currently available that utilizes this ingenious method that allows the performer complete control over the effect's outcome. This is a professional application for Magicians, written by Magicians, and can be utilized in a variety of effects only limited by the performer's creativity and imagination. It takes practice to master, but is well worth the effort as you will have a stunning effect that can be performed any time, under any circumstances.
Effect:
The performer shows a face down card on the screen of the iPhone. A spectator is invited to test his mental skills by guessing the color of a random playing card. The spectator touches the screen and the card turns over to reveal if the guess was correct or not. After succeeding, they are to guess if the card is high, or low. After a few more successes, the performer lays the iPhone face down on the table, and tells the spectator that they seem "in tune" enough to try to mentally discern the name and suit of the face down playing card. Any card is named by the spectator. The performer turns the iPhone face up and allows the spectator to touch the screen to flip the card. Their named selection is on the face of the card.
The performer never touches the screen of the iPhone at any time, and any card can be named by the spectator, there is NO force of any kind.
NOTE: This is a professional application that requires practice to master. It is NOT recommended for beginners unless they are ready to commit themselves to practicing and rehearsing the effect.
The method and instructions to the effect will be shown the first time the application is opened. To view the instructions again, click on the info button in the bottom right hand of the screen, and draw a "Z" with your finger.
