2. Go down
3. Are no longer full (never wait in Queue!)
4. Change population state (light, standard, heavy, very heavy, full).

You can also read the system alert messages right from your phone and get notified when new alert messages are posted.

All notifications can be disabled or enabled individually to suit your needs.
