This is a real collectors item! Everyone who loves science fiction movies needs this Tricorder on their iPads. It mimics the sights and sound of "real" device seen on many TV-Shows and several movies as closely as possible.
Little is known about the actual “functions” this device featured at that time (remember it was the 1966 when the first show was aired), so we came up with some ideas what might have been useful for missions away from the ship.

Use swipe up / down gestures to open the top lid. Press the silver buttons to open the middle and top lid. Use swipe up to close them.
If you expect super fancy sound effects and graphics, then this app is not for you. If you expect it to mimic the device seen on the TOS TV-Shows in 1966, then go for it!
