Be Debt Free helps you to achieve financial freedom by eliminating debts using the best payoff methods. You simply need to input the debts data and Be Debt Free will show you the amount of money you can save by the different repayment methods. Be Debt Free compares the following payoff methods:

a. Highest Interest Method - debts with higher interest are paid first. This is gives the most interest savings but repayment period of debts with high interest can be long. Long repayment period of debts can reduce motivation to repay debts.

b. Lowest Balance Method - debts with the lowest balances are paid first. Commonly known as the “Snowball” method, this method provides small, motivating successes along the repayment journey. However, interest costs may not necessarily be the lowest.

c. Highest Balance Method - debts with the highest balance are paid first.

d. No Extra Payment Method - minimum payments for all debts. This method gives the highest interest costs and is used as the reference in the comparison with the other methods.
