This is a small, light application designed to present you with a graph of a stocks price in candlestick format.

Candlestick graphs are quite useful for showing a stock's performance at-a-glance. Each day consists of a line ranging from the low value to the high value, and a rectangle ranging from the open to the close. The rectangle is colored green if the stock rose that day, and red if it fell.

CandleStick Grapher remembers your recently viewed stocks, saving you the trouble of typing them in each time you open the application. It also contains a list of nearly all the valid stocks, so that you can type in part of a stock's name or symbol and view a list of matching stocks.

NYSE and NASDAQ listed stocks are currently supported, as well as others. Stock data is sourced from Yahoo!, and includes the most recently closed trading day.
