EZ Balances II
EZ Balances II is ideal for tracking your expenses, debit cards, credit cards, checking accounts, cash or other accounts. Knowing how you spent your money and your account balance can be very valuable and help you avoid going over your limit or having to pay any overdraft fees.
EASY TO USE
Very easy to use because you only need to enter the amount with a large custom numeric keypad and tap “Add” or “Spend. ” If you want to add a description, just select one from the description selection wheel.
With EZ Balances II, you don’t need to create any web accounts or user logon ids and you do not have to learn how to navigate through a web of screens to enter or edit your transactions. At any time, you can review and change any of your transactions through the use of a custom-scrolling list.
New entries default to "Cleared" but you can change any item to "Pending". When an item is marked as "pending" it is not added or subtracted from the total. This makes it very easy to balance your checkbook. Just mark the items not yet cleared as Pending and the balance on your statement should match the cleared balance in EZ Balances II.
SECURE
EZ Balances II maintains all your account files locally and these files are automatically backed up when you backup your app.
FLEXIBLE
You can manage 1 to 6 separate accounts and customize the description list by adding new descriptions and deleting existing ones. The updates automatically appear in your description selection wheel in alphabetical order.
EMAIL REPORT
You can tap the “Report” button and the app will automatically create an email containing a table of all of the transactions for the current account showing the date, status flag, description, amount, balance and cleared balance. The email also includes a comma separated value (CSV) file that can be imported into any spreadsheet, such as Microsoft Excel, for additional processing such as analyzing how your money was spent.
SETTINGS
Settings are set in the Apple “Settings” app. Settings allow you to choose how many accounts you want to manage (1 - 6) and you can assign a name and color to each account.
