A very useful application for sellers and/or buyers.
Great for real estate agents to quickly summarize a client's sell and buy situation.
- Setup rules for sales costs, down payment, closing costs, and down payment
- Automatic calculation is performed using rules, where enough information is available.
- Computes sales costs based on sale price.
- Computes net proceeds based on sale price, sales costs, and current loan amount.
- Computes down payment based on net proceeds and new home price.
- Computes monthly payment, including taxes, insurance, and other costs.
- Values are remembered next time you run the application.
- Email the summary so you have a permanent record of the calculations.
- Override automatically computed values using keyboard.
- Revert back to automatically computed values by entering a blank value.
What's new
Fixed iOS4 incompatibility issues. Remembers previous entries on restart after being stopped in iOS4. Fixed delete text field problem.
