What's new

- Broker sync may lead to unnecessary cash adjustment transactions when difference is nearly zero (possible rounding error)
- Can't delete trades when in scroll-based stock layout
- Can't delete transactions when in scroll-based portfolio layout
- Don't default to Carbon theme

- Increase trade row height so that delete button doesn't overlap multiple rows

- Closing and re-opening with a modal panel shown causes UI oddities when opening
- Changing manual setting isn't updated in stock quote view until switching between stocks
- Corrupt quotes with future dates cause value / performance / quote problems (quotes don't update and performance calculations show straight line).
- Add price history editor and support for adding price history to manual equities
- Show price history (technical charts, value graphs) for currencies
- Update portfolio values at most once every 10 seconds (streaming quotes cause too many calculations and make app sluggish)
- Stocks not streaming in Stock Layout views
