What's new

New in this release:
- Improved the auto-complete feature. Autocomplete now pops up when all facedown cards have been revealed (even if there are cards in the stock pile)
- Improved hints to show more useful hints first and avoid showing less helpful hints
- Based on your feedback fewer ads are shown when making new games
- Creating a new game without moving cards no longer counts as a loss in your statistics so you can pick your preferred deal
- Cleared up some confusing naming conventions in the UI
- Fixed a bug that caused a card to get stuck if stock-pile was tapped quickly
- Significantly improved menus and toolbar layout on iPad
- Setting a custom backdrop on 3rd generation iPad now correctly creates a Retina resolution background
- Fixed crashes when setting very large pictures as custom backdrops
- Addressed stability issues caused by certain ads
- General stability and performance improvements
