Alerion
Alerion - First written in 1989 on an Acorn Archimedes, a RISC-based computer with an ARM processor. 20 years on I’ve ported it to another ARM processor, the one used in the iPhone. It turned out to be a challenging port – with a rewrite needed to make it objective rather than a state machine with a lot of tables. All that is history though – in 1989 this was a great shoot ‘em up with even deeper historical connections (those who remember Xevious will know what I’m talking about) and now you can play it on your iPhone. Relive arcade moments from the early to late 1980s all in the palm of your hand. All feedback welcome for this first release version.

We got great feedback from our customers, you can now reset the hi-scores to all zeros, or the original defaults.
The fire button has a ground fire indicator to help you remember to slide up to shoot at the ground.
The bases are a little less aggressive at firing at you!
