Batak is an addicting card game played by four players. Batak is also known by many other names, including Oh Hell!, Blackout, Nomination Whist, Elevator (l'Ascenseur in France), Boerenbridge or 10 op en neer in the Netherlands, German Bridge in Hong Kong.

BatakOnline is online version of the game to play with other players over the Internet on iPhone, iPod and iPad.

The application includes two variations of the game: Simple and Auction.

In the Simple game the object is for each player to bid the number of tricks he thinks he can take the hand, then to take at least that number of tricks.

In the Auction game a player offering higher bid wins the auction. He has to take bid number of tricks or more. Other players have to win at least one trick.

The help included in the application decribes rules of the game in details.

Batak, şans ve taktiğe dayalı 4 kişilik bir iskambil oyunudur. Her oyuncunun amacı o tur için elindeki kartlara göre belirlediği sayıda veya daha fazla el almaktır.

Batak Online ise, internet üzerinden diğer iPhone, iPod Touch veya iPad kullanıcıları ile aynı anda online olarak Batak oynamanıza imkan verir. O anki oyunda yeterli sayıda iPhone kullanıcısı olmaz ise boş yerler robotlar tarafından doldurulur. Batak Online'daki robotlar ortalama bir zorluk derecesine sahip olup, gerçek bir oyuncu gibi oyun oynarlar.

Batak Online'ın İhaleli ve İhalesiz olmak üzere iki farklı oyun modu vardır. Her iki oyun modunda da internet üzerinden diğer kullanıcılar veya robotlarla oynanır. BatakOnline için internet bağlantısı (Wi-Fi, EDGE veya 3G) zorunludur.
