UPDATE: Bugfix sent in on 18 June to address issues with iAd framework not weak linking.
What's new
BUG FIX! I have recompiled for 4.0-only use because iAds plus earlier firmware doesn't work. Version 1.2 (now 1.2.1) is created in preparation for the transition to iAds-supported release.
