Have you got what it takes to be the world's fastest bun stamper? The Hong Kong Cheung Chau Bun Festival is fast approaching and the local baker needs your help to get his tasty buns stamped and off to the Festival! Are you ready for the challenge?
The Hong Kong Cheung Chau Bun Festival occurs during the forth moon of Chinese Lunar calendar. This week-long festival includes a large street procession featuring costumed children, lion dances and other fabulous festivities. One of the major events takes place at midnight, when competitors scramble up the white bun studded tower in a contest to grab the highest buns that signify good luck.
