Magic Cylinder

Magic Cylinder is cylindrical puzzle similar to the Rubik's Cube. It is a cylinder with rotating rows populated by colored pieces. One piece is missing allowing adjacent top or bottom piece to change row.

The purpose of the puzzle is to return scrambled pieces to form vertical lines of the same color.

Like with all our games, number of rows and number of colors (columns) could be changed creating a lot more possibilities then mechanical equivalents. You could also solve the puzzle not only vertically but horizontally, that is only when you select equal number of rows and colors.
