Match Words To Images for Kids to Learn to Read Free is intended for youngsters who know the sounds of their letters or have mastered the Bubble Phonics application. It should be used as one of the young readers first exposure to word recognition in preparation for learning to read.

For Parents
Match Words to Images for Kids to Learn to Read Free provides an entertaining learning experience with a limited set of colorful images and crisply printed words. Youngsters match three or four letter simple words to related images.




The Game
When the game begins, the youngster is presented with a set of four words and matching images. The youngster draws a line with his finger from the word to the image to indicate that those two items match. If correct, the youngster is rewarded with a whimsical animation. If a wrong match is chosen, the youngster is gently encouraged to try again. As the youngster chooses matching words and images, those selections are eliminated from the choices. When all the items are matched, the youngster shakes the iphone slightly to obtain a new set of words and images. What fun they have shaking and matching words as they begin to learn to recognize the words for later reading.
